I have been a customer of the Co-operators for 7 years and currently live in Barrie ON. Five years ago I was in Niagara Falls for a short while and in that time I met Katy and the Giancola team and switched agencies. In fact, their level of professionalism, fast action and concern for covering my needs is what made me stay their loyal client even after returning to Barrie.
