Doug has been the best service agent that continues to provide the best service and care for my vehicle. He always goes above and beyond, and just takes time to listen and give reassurance that everything will be taken care of. Brock Ford definitely treats you like family and is the best Ford dealership I’ve been to!
My very first Ford purchase is a Bronco Sport from Brock Ford. I am very happy with my vehicle!! I recently had my first service that was fast and extremely convenient. I used the pick-up & drop off service, very friendly drivers came to my home. Well done by all.
Took the truck there for an oil change and tire rotation. Getting an appointment was fast and easy. Check-in and checkout was fast and easy. I waited for the service, and it was completed in a timely manner. There is also complementary coffee tea or hot chocolate. There is even a newspaper! Now, why the 4 stars when everything went so well....well, as dealerships like to upsell, they check the usual filters, etc, and give you a report card . My windshield washer was empty going in and coming out. But it was not filled or commented on even though the dash lights indicated empty .. So what else did they say they checked but did not? This would have been as easy as it's as it's winter and snowing at the time. My other cars are toyota and for the price of dealership oil changes they top it up for no extra charge.
When I got there I spoke with a gentleman behind the desk who was very pleasant and helpful, when I was on the phone, the lady that I was on the phone with was very rude and seemed like she did not want our business at all whatsoever. While waiting for servicing, I could tell which lady I was talking to over the phone with how she dealt with another customer. Calling him names shortly after he left.
Brock Ford Service is simply the best around! I'd completely lost confidence in Ford Services because of the experiences I'd had with my previous dealer, but Brock Ford changed everything! They gave my Explorer a new life and restored my confidence in Ford Service! I have nothing but appreciation for the way they carry about their work and am not exaggerating any statements. I recently had to relocate from Welland to the GTA, and the biggest regret I have is that I can no longer enjoy Brock Fords' excellent service!
Want to thank Matt in the parts department for all his help in replacing my turbo under warranty for my 2017 Escape. Matt kept me updated through out the process and called me as soon as he found out that Ford was covering the warranty. Thanks again Matt for all your work in helping me. Will definitely be using Brock Ford in the future for any issues l have with my Ford vechicles.
All service done on my vehicles for past 12 years has been excellent, from the quality of work to the friendly personality of the customer service attendants. A little pricey at times but worth it, knowing the job will be done right.
