I’ve used this garage for numerous repairs with my old Volvo and staff have went the xtra mile to find parts and get repairs done ! Service Advisors r extremely friendly and helpful I would recommend the Lubrico Used Car Warranty I got; it was well worth the cost , It made repairs worry free .
Tyler the owner went out of his way on Thanksgiving weekend to take care of me when I blew a tire driving back to Toronto. He got us set up with a very inexpensive tow within 30 mins, tire replacement and a loaner truck as well. If you're in the area, this is the place to trust.
I brought my car in for brakes and tires and simply asked the service rep what their policy is if they damage my rims. Instead of answering professionally, I was told they don’t work with customers who ask that question and was told to take my business elsewhere. The response was incredibly combative and unprofessional. It’s shocking to see a shop that refuses to stand by their work or even have a basic conversation about accountability. Clearly, customer service and care mean nothing to them. I will never return and strongly recommend others avoid this place. If asking a reasonable question gets you shown the door, imagine what happens if something actually goes wrong. The owner needs a reality check.
