I never leave reviews, but this man for the second time fixed my car and only charged one hour labor. Both issues were resolved without parts. Typically I fix everything myself on my car I do my own brakes, etc. I’m blown away at this man’s honesty when there’s something I can’t figure out he’s the only mechanic I feel comfortable leaving my car with knowing I’m going to get an honest diagnosis. I was shocked to see a couple bad reviews I clicked on the people reviewing and they are habitual bad reviewers.. this mechanic is honest and the only shop I know that charges less than $100 an hour for labour.
He took care of three separate issues/ repairs for my Truck and his work was great and prices quite reasonable in comparison. Thorough work and workmanship. I’m using them for my future needs.
I worked with this mechanic over the years with many different of vehicles. Job got done, and I never bargain for the price, even some of the job quoted same or a bit more price than big places like Canadian Tire, I still went Jam Tino to support local and small businesses in my town. However, my recent experience left not a good taste and this was my last visit the mechanic. I was expected from the master to have responsibilities and ownership to admit their own mistakes instead of charging from me their own fault “even it is $0.1 or $1000” Issue: when I went to exchange tires for both of my cars there was NOT showing any errors about sensor “I just can not drive with flashing screen” after tires exchange I paid and picked up the car, no one said any words. Than I saw the screen message and called them in the morning and drove over the shop. I got told that one of the air sensor was “old” and broken while changing the tires, which I didn’t informed. I left the car again and received 2 days later and got charged for the new sensor and labor!! This this was second experience for same issue, also last year they change the sensor because it got broken while working on and I got charged. So, I decided not to happen 3rd time. Thank you for your service.
Best mechanic service in the city , they fix our bmw x3 very fast they are very friendly I'm really happy with their service and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic .
