The guy who put my snow tires on suggested I go here for an alignment. I have a mechanic, however he does not do tires or alignments. We Care told me I needed just under 1k of work done before they could do the alignment. I said do not do any work & I would be back for the alignment. My mechanic put my car up on the hoist twice. Once before driving it and then again after taking it out as he could not find anything wrong with the front end like We Care said. He was baffled. He’s done my brakes & such previously. He knows his stuff. He wrote the curriculum for the school board back in the day. He suggested I go to Niagara Motors or Midas on Ontario St for the alignment & NOT to do back to We Care Auto as they are clearly dishonest. Beware!
Alex and Joe deliver excellent service every time! All the mechanics are skilled, professional, and truly care about their work. Thanks to their attention to detail, I know my family is always in safe hands. Highly recommend!

My grandparents went to Joe for many years, and I followed suit, leading to bringing my own vehicles there over the last 10 years. Never had an issue, with Joe and now Alex as shop manager. Highly recommend. I do some of my own work, and when I can't get something, they always manage the job! I always recommend friends in the same ordeal, and the work is always done, honestly and with explanation.

Joe and Alex went above and beyond , got me in quick the day before Christmas. Showed me what was wrong, fixed it and I was surprised at how low my cost was. I recommend We Care Auto to all. It's now my only place I will be going to KMc
Waste of time and money Punch of kids practicing on your vehicle Paid $ 1150 cash for labour and 900 for parts and keep going back and he say u have to rebook appointment for same Job and keep charging me for same job everyone they practice on my vehicle. Unprofessional waste of time Returned work should have priority. , do work good or don’t . I paid for service not done But the way it works there , to keep go back and book new appointments as new work and they keep charging hourly rate for same job repaired Government does not control mechanics scam .it’s like IAM ALLOWED TO ROB YOU
