Not very happy with the service there, I went in there to get my car to get the wheel noise checked out and the guy behind the desk asked me what I needed , I said here to get my wheel noise checked out and he said ok. Then went into the shop and with door open he said aggressive to one of the mechanics there hurry up I need this guys money. And gave them the keys. I found he doesn't actually listen when talking to him because he came back saying I needed exhaust, and then I said no thank you and he told the guys to kick it out and the one guy said not fixing and he the guy said supposedly its not exhaust but i dont care kick it out. Not happy with the customer service from the desk guy, and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Very unfortunate.
I’ve been going to muffler Man and to see Roger for over 10 years he never disappoints, and I always get a more than fair deal and fair pricing with him with any car repair that I’ve ever had. He personally ensures that I’m aware of what the price is before they go ahead and fix it also shows me the worn out parts after he has them replaced and is very accommodating in trying to get me the best deal and fix my car as soon as possible. The Mechanics are amazing. I’ve not had any issues with any repairs that muffler man has ever done for me. They are fast and efficient and Roger is an extremely kind and efficient manager.
Love this garage. Never feel like I'm being ripped off. Always notified before any work is done. Car is always left clean. Very knowledgeable mechanic for my Volkswagen. Roger is always a pleasure to deal with. I've recommended mufflerman to many people. Keep up the great work guys
This is the first time I've ever had the pleasure of going to Muffler Man as how ofer do we have exhaust problems. What a wonderful place to deal. From the gentleman at the front desk to the technician i had the pleasure to speak to i really felt as if i was leaving my vehicle at a good to place. The vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and the price was more than fair. Thank-you for looking after my vehicle and i definitely be will recommend you to anyone i meet who needs repairs to to there vehicle
I recommend them to a friend, he called and asked a few questions about his muffler issues, whomever answered the phone said not interested and hung up. Very rude.

Recommended by a friend to come here, had the guys mount and balance some tires and rims for me. The job was clean and they didn’t even leave a mark on the rim or tire, they were also very quick and managed to squeeze me in on a busy day. Balance job was very well done, no complains at all.
