I was scheduled for the warranty of my balljoint at 8am When I came at the shop he told me to comeback at 1130am and when came there at 1130am and he told me again to comeback at 1pm what kind of business he made is unprofessional he doesn't know how to respect my time.
The absolute BEST service, hands down! My daughter's car was towed to Spotless after a scary accident on the highway. A huge shoutout to Osman, who I can't thank enough for his concern and kindness, his time and research, his cooperation and speedy repairs. Osman was incredibly helpful and communicated through the whole process ~ it was priceless to be able to trust someone to take care of everything from 2 hours away. I guess the way they make money is from NAPA parts. Shop buy the parts then price them with taxes included aside from the quotes of labor and recommendations. They don't want you to bring the parts from outside. Same with the shops around. If you know a technician or Mechanic, you trust. Go for that and save money. The best place to buy parts with good price and OEM pro quality is Parts Source, highly recommended,
I have been going to this place since day one that the new owner took over (Manny).This guy to me couldn't be more honest ,this is his reputation that he has built around. The place is always busy or steady so sometimes you have to wait or return the next day but if your stuck he will accommodate. He is trustworthy and you can talk to him to help out with your problem, he's only to glad to walk you through it. He is my personal go to mechanic......
