Went in for a quote for my car and was told that I'd get a call back in 30 min ? that was at 2pm ish and it's now 5pm ish and nothing and to think i picked you first out of everyone in the area and this is wat someone gets... Well hopefully the next mecanic isn't this bad and can give me a proper quote.?

Took one car in to have a fuel line replaced and it took 2 1/2 WEEKS. Took a second car in with a high idle problem. They suggested I replace the computer (used cost me $96) plus $200 labour after waiting A MONTH AND A HALF. It was not fixed. Returned car and after TWO MORE WEEKS they contacted me saying “they’re throwing in the towel/can’t figure this thing out”) and to “come pick it up.” Nothing like burning almost $300. I’ll NEVER bring a vehicle there again…
Bought many sets of tires here as well as had a number of vehicles fixed here. Dave and Greg know their business well and are very honest and very prompt in service! Best of all they will look to finding you the most economical solution to your car problem! Highly recommended!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ripping off old people you should be ashamed of yourselves. Telling them they need two new head gaskets for $1500 when in reality they needed a water pump which was $150. Sorry excuse for a business. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!
I was referred to Greg by friend and had no complains from Greg but always thought that he was lacking customer service. I took my brother in law to his shop for oil change. After the oil change Greg was inquired about turning the engine light off. He flatly said since he did not cause this so he would charge $40 to connect the computer and fix it. Upon asking why that much, he got really upset and rudely told us to leave. We were puzzled by his behavior and went to a workshop down the road and the mechanic just fixed that problem in 2 minutes and he did not even want any charge even we asked him. Regardless, there was no need for Greg to deal with a customer like this. I Guess he has too much business from referrals now.
