Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room comfortable, however as others have commented a bit dated. Bathroom is snug and shower I found difficult to operate. Disappointed that housekeeping had not made it to our room by 4pm so had to seek out and replenish our own coffee. Also the coffee maker could not cope with making 2cups simultaneously we had one cup overflow and a half a cup. We Would have appreciated 2 easy chairs too to relax and enjoy the view. There are 2 double beds in the room after all?? Also why only one small suitcase stand?
We booked a king room with a Jacuzzi tub and it was clean, modern and beautiful room with goegeous views of the US falls. Definitely would stay here again. Used the massage services at the spa and the staff there were friendly and helpful. The overall building was very modern and clean and smelt great!
I wish I had taken pictures of the room and not only of myself however the room is very clean! Washroom very clean. Bed was comfy. Service at the front desk was great. They have wifi. I enjoyed my stay. However the downside to this hotel!!! Ive been here a few times and every time you find people who can not park! There licence plates are always American they just park on the lines taking up the spot next to them which is frustrating because this lot is usually full. I wish the hotel would be more aggressive on their parking enforcement to whomever doesnt park properly. Other than that hotel is 5 stars. Please note I didnt try there food. Also the mini fridge in the room doesnt come with any drinks not even water.Coffee and tea machine in the room. But there is no variety for tea. Literally 1 tea bag. So no choice.
Love the hotel, love the room, good service, good location. I will never accept the backhanded policy of advertising a room rate and then finding out that parking is 16 bucks per day on top of the advertised rate on your own property!! This is misleading and unacceptable. If a charge is mandatory include it in the price of the room and be done with it. To be fair it seems most Niagara Falls hotels are adopting this practice but I will continue to give my business to those who have not. I encourage others to do the same.
I read few reviews from previous customers, why do they always complained? All Hotels will be dated, same as your car, your house. I stayed one night with two rooms, they ALL Perfect, rooms was clean, bathroom was spacious and clean, lobby is so designed and staffs are very friendly. I wish I can stay here longer. I paid $77 a night. Please Noted, 90% of the Hotels near the Niagara Falls area charge Parking Fees from $5 to $16
