this was the only hotel available for the Friday night and we planned to stay the weekend. absolutely terrible rooms. The toilet seat was not the right size for the bowl and there was an "under-bite" for lack of better terms. I couldn't sit on it without touching the porcelain. the walls are VERY thin and our family heard the patrons above us do their business. moans groans and bed creaking. we immediately checked out and received our refund - and ended up sleeping in the car. I would have rather that than to stay up and listen to that noise all night. we checked into the Holiday Inn the following morning. not returning.
This was a great hotel for a one night stay over in Niagara Falls. It was within walking distance of the Falls, and the main downtown area. Price was good, and we had no issues getting a room the day we needed to. Will consider staying again if we are going back to Niagara!
Be super cautious if you decide to stay here. Leave things in your car or your bags might just be a little bit lighter when you leave.Oh my...the place could use a good cleaning and rid of that smell.Literally the only good thing about this place is the free parking, given parking issues at the falls.
Rooms are and staff are good! While that said, the breakfast could be much better. The spread of food can be well organized with no additional cost for hot beverages.
Simply put, this is one of if not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Every thing is dirty, left over weave in the jacuzzi, a filthy bathroom and to top it off...dirty towels. No basic cable (just crappy local channels) and a fly that has taken up co-residency in my room. There was some leftover wine in the fridge and something half dead in the microwave. I was literally scared to try the breakfast. The ice machine had some grey standing water at the bottom. The bed smelled of Cuban cigars and KFC. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car. The only good thing is it is within walking distance of the falls.
