Nice place to see The Falls, oversee the American Falls but easily see both falls. I was a bit surprised with cost of food. $8 for Starbucks coffee. Perkins $20 for breakfast. Hotel is nicely located- If you stay at Hotel make sure you stop by the concierge get WE-GO passes-Free at hotel. 3 Bus line routes which do a fantastic job getting you around to see the sites. I flew in an used Touch of Class Limousine Service- Runs about same as renting car; great service and you dont pay the $35 a night parking at hotel. Round trip cost me same as renting car.Nice area, Falls are gorgeous at night with lights of color. Plenty to see and do, bring great walking shoes.Casinos right next door.Pictures taken out of window on room.
At check in the lady was very helpful. She gave us a room located on a higher floor for a better view and she offered us a discounted rate. The rooms are clean and they have good service. The staff was great especially the valet guy when we were leaving. He checked to see how was our stay and hoped that we come back soon. Overall they have great customer service! I like how the front desk follows up and communicate with us via texts to make sure that everything is going ok with while we were staying there. It shows that they are proactive and not retroactive.The location of the hotel is very convenient and in the middle of everywhere . I recommend this hotel if you go to Niagara Falls!
This place was busy and packed when my wife and I arrived. Fortunately they have staff on the floor to help navigate guests. The lady at check-in was amazing. She gave us a super discount for a better room (a window to see the falls). Also she sent us a fruit tray (part of our promotional package) in our room with a note wishing us-- the best for our baby arrival in January and our son going to college. To be honest, I don't remember talking to her about this. We have never received such incredible endearment. I would highly recommend this place.
I usually come here once a year. I like this hotel for it's location, but this was definitely the last time ever coming to this hotel.Upon arrival to the room, I went to take shower and found all towels soaking wet!!!! Felt like someone had just folded used towels. Called room service and had them all replaced.There was only 1 tiny shampoo, 1 hair conditioner, 1 lotion and one hand soap for 3 people. The shower and bath tub, and pretty much the entire bathroom was dated and dirty. Refer to pictures. It definitely doesn't worth the price.
We stayed in a room with a view of the falls for our 3rd anniversary and it was truly spectacular. I parked my car and was able to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily. We could see the fireworks from our room over the falls. And to top it off, When we came back to the room there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us that Cassandra had sent up when she discovered what we were celebrating. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thanks Sheraton!!!
