Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and perfect location. Just got home from our trip and could not say a bad thing about this hotel! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Niagara Falls, NY. Every single staff member from the moment you walked in had a smile on their face and made you feel welcomed. They were very accommodating and had the answer to any questions about the area. They even have a text system to communicate with the front desk. The staff sent a text to check to see how our room was after we got settled in. And when we needed more towels, just a text away and they arrived at our door! We stayed on a newly renovated floor - the beds and pillows were by far the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel!! The breakfast buffet was delicious with many different options for all! This hotel is a short walk across the street or a walk through the room-key-secured tunnel to the Seneca Casino. Just a 7-10 minutes walk to Niagara Falls State Park - location is perfect!!! Will definitely be back when we come back to visit the Falls!!
The location is great. Everything else is good just little things make it just short of great. Its a busy hotel which is good. Only one place to get on elevators in the lobby so it gets pretty crowded at times. Our room did t get cleaned over night but it wasnt bad. Like I said before though the location makes it awesome. The restaurants connected to the building make it easy to get food if you dont want to drive. The Starbucks in the lobby made us all very happy. Plus you can walk to the falls from here. I would for sure stay here again.
We loved this hotel! Great location. We walked to the falls from the hotel. Great pool area and fitness gym. Starbucks in the lobby and TGIFridays and Rain Forest Cafe both in the hotel lobby (although we suggest you skip these and hit the food trucks found just outside). Also a day spa. We walked through the tunnel that connects the hotel to a shopping/dining area and casino across the street. Clean. Nicely decorated, not outdated. Highly recommend.

The service is excellent. They got overbooked due to no fault of their own and were out of double bed rooms. We were accommodated and the situation was resolved exceptionally well. Unfortunately, we got in pretty late the prior night (3am), but they offered us a late check out which was incredibly appreciated. We got some goodies for our dogs when we checked in, and instead of getting the feeling that the dogs are a mild annoyance (as we have come across at other places) they felt welcomed equally as guests. All the hotel staff we interacted with have been very friendly, rooms are comfortable and large, and the renovations so far give the hotel a nice modern feel. I appreciate the food and entertainment options within the hotel as well. Very central location, close to everything.My only complaint was that the walls of our room couldve used some cleaning, and there appeared to be some liquid spilled down the wall. But I dont feel like it was enough to take away from the rest of the experience, so Im leaving it at 5 stars.
