Decent for the price I paid (76 CAD for one night before fees and taxes). Showers were clean and the rooms were standard fare, beds were comfortable as well. My main gripe with the place was that they put us on second floor, right beside the construction and paving that was going on at 7am. Also be wary of some fees such as "TIF" or "Tourism Improvement Fee" which I was charged about an extra 5 bucks on on my bill. Not a big deal but they need to explain what that fee is about, seems like a cash grab. My bill went from 76 to 108$, I would recommend parking at the 5 or 10$ all day lots in the surrounding area rather than the 15$ parking fee at the hotel property. Overall it was decent and seeing as I got a fair price for my stay i can't say too many bad things about the place.
August 29 2018 . The room was very clean. The two queen size beds were roomy and very comfortable. We could see the Skylon Tower and the Fireworks from our room. It was walking distance to all the attractions. The staff was great. Anastasia was very friendly and Matthew went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. We asked so many questions and Matthew helped with everything .. with a great attitude and smile. The pool and arcade kept our 9 year old grand daughter happy. . Yes the air conditioner could have been colder.. and yes there could have been more channels available on the TV- but... we were very happy and would go back again without a moments hesitation. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.
Nice building, staff was nice. Paid $400 to get a mini room first. Asked for something else and got a slightly better room. The smell was a bit off and the ac doesnt work. A bit disappointed. Can find a nicer hotel in the area for cheaper that includes so much more. So many hidden fees.
Prices were reasonable for being in Niagara fallsRoom was clean and great size.Only suggestion for the hotel would be to have their staff up to date on fire drills. There was a fire alarm at 1130 at night, once we got to ground floor there was no direction or any staff advising people to exit the building and while the firemen were inside inspecting and guests kept filing back in before giving the all clear staff were letting people back into the building.
Front desk wasn't the best no never called to tell me my room was ready. I ended up calling them at 8pm. as I had been waiting since 12pm. The rooms are nice and cozy as the bed sleeps really well. The carpet throughout the hotel could be shampooed as it smells and is dirty. For the price during busy season is worth the money. Location was also great
