This hotel needs some serious updates. The Rear Door to the hotel that everyone has to use to enter the building from the parking lot has no working Wheelchair Access. This in itself is disgusting, what is any handicapped person to do? The staff at front desk seemed pleasant professionals and were somewhat helpful. But are clearly detached from the needs of their clients. When a major security issues was brought to their attention at checkin little was done about it. Again it was mentioned at checkout and after a worrying sleep due to lack of security I and my husband were offered free orange juice with our meal. We visited the hotel on one of their promotional packages . This should of been an opportunity for the hotel to demonstrate their best rooms and service. Instead it seems we were put in the oldest, non updated rooms. Shame really. Overall the restaurant was average. The service was good but tables and floors dirty. Will not be on our list of hotels to frequent.
The rooms are newly renovated ...Very nicely decorated.The bed was really comfortable.Coco's restaurant is attached to the restaurant....they have really good food...nightly entertainment and cold beverages with inside and outside seating. It's centrally located so everything is close by. Added bonus was that Starbucks is real close.We will definitely stay here again.
Decent hotel. Walking distance to the falls was great. Indoor and outdoor pools were great. Free parking was good. Check-in took forever. We booked two rooms and they refused to credit us IHG points for either room. That was not good.
A little overpriced, but very happy with the stay! Stone throw distance to casino, mall, fall views and Clifton Hill. Great pool hours, clean rooms. Keys didn't work on the first room we were put in, so moved to another and the batteries in the lock died half way through the night, and as expected the batteries couldn't be changed until the next day, but the amazing front desk night staff, Polly went above and beyond to help us into our room. Good stay all around, but Polly made it amazing! Will defiantly recommend because of her and will be back!
Great place and location. I can't stress that the location is spot on. You don't have to rent a car or get in a taxi to see Niagara Falls, Hornblower or Clifton Hills. We walked from our hotel. Just know that the hotel sits on top of a steep hill. So pace yourself when going back up. It's a great hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and staff is nice. Both pools worked and the hot tub as well. Breakfast free for children under 12 years old for hotel IGH rewards members. Parking is free for members. There are fridges in the room. I brought my hot plate and we ate 1 to 2 meals in the room and savers lot of cash!
