Really central, easy access to all the sights. Although the street is really busy, the rooms are well insulated; we had a balcony over the street and it was quiet at night. There's also a washing machine available (this is essential for us!). The beds are comfortable, the rooms are a decent size and the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely chiidren-friendly. We spent three nights here, a good decision.
Don't get me wrong - this is a 3 star level hotel at best. But, based on it being a budget hotel, I give the experience 4 stars. You get what you pay for!Very standard hotel room, bright colours were nice. Room was clean, but smelled a bit musty. Would have loved to be able to open the window, but it was bolted shut. Bathroom sink was very small. The beds were firm for our tastes. The TV channel selection could use some updating, there was no guide and not all channels were HD. They only charge $12/night for parking here, compared to at least $20 (even more at the luxury hotels) everywhere else in Niagara Falls!Location was great. In between Clifton Hill and The Falls.
Wonderful experience!!!! There are so many choices of hotels to stay in on the Canadian side (I wouldn't stay in the US if you dont have too). We stayed in the suite and were very impressed with the cleanliness and styling of the room. It was centrally located and easy to get to Clifton hill and down to the falls. Customer service was very friendly and very accommodating. The pool is indoors and features a small slide for kids less than 90 lbs. The pool is not heated but felt great! I would recommend this hotel for visiting Niagara.
The hotel is pretty nice. The rooms are decorated nicely and have bright colors in them. This hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. Two fast food chains and an ice chain, connected to the hotel. The only time we used our car, was when we went to other cities. We paid over $500 for 3 nights, they did not have a continental breakfast AND they charge you $12 a day for parking! For parking, really? I am paying to stay at your hotel and I have to pay to park there?? That's some bull! I didn't not see the fee listed on their website either.
We stayed here for our honeymoon from Sept 13-16 2018. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious our room was (we got a jacuzzi king room) and how nice it was. We didn't have any noise problems either which was nice. It is great proximity to Clifton Hill too and a WEGO stop! We are disappointed to go but hopefully we will be back someday! Only thing that sucks is the hotel making the tourism fee mandatory.
